So very sorry to read about Al. A very kind, generous soul, his smile was infectious. So pleased that he would visit Kathan Gardens and we got to know what a special person he was. Please accept our deepest sympathy, wishing you strength and peace. Jill & Dennis Kathan

My heartfelt condolences to all of Al's family. He brought sunshine with him whatever he was doing. Even the mundane tasks were fun with him around! He always made me laugh. You would just have to smile and shake your head at his antics, that was Al! He was great with the kids. He would always take sometime to play with Nicky and any other child around. He will be greatly missed!

My sincere condolences to my mother Kim and to Al's family. Al was just about one of the kindest people I have ever met and was loved by all, especially my daughter Amelia. Amelia and Al used to play tickle fight and give "nouggie's" all the time at Attitash and at family gatherings. He used to build rock dams in the river and help scare off the bears. My family will miss him
