Newport, NH: Linda J. Manseau, 49, of South Main St. died on Sunday, August 23, 2015 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH after a short battle with cancer.
She was born on October 26, 1965 in Manchester, NH to Ralph Edward and Carol Jean Clayton. She moved to Newport when she was very young, graduated from Newport High School and spent the rest of her life here. She worked for Hartford-Eichenauer, Jerry's World of Meats, and New England Ordinance.
Linda liked going to the beach, a good barbeque, word searches, camping, and spending time with family and friends. She also enjoyed riding the Harley with Greg. She loved her cats, Dink and Fred.
Linda was predeceased by her father, Ralph Clayton.
She is survived by her husband, Greg Manseau, sons, Cale and Cory Manseau, all of Newport, mother, Carol Jean Clayton of Claremont, NH, brother, Ralph Clayton, Jr. of Newport, sister, Lisa Clayton of Claremont, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and extended family members.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 29 at 1pm at the Newport Moose Lodge on Golf Club Drive (off of E. Unity Road).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 360 Route 101 Ste 8, Bedford, NH 03110 or www.cancer.org.
