Dear Phil, Pam and Diane, I was so sorry to learn of Mildred's passing. I actually think of you all often as I still live in what was my parent's house right behind what was your home in Claremont. Mildred was such a caring neighbor. I have many fond memories of your family from the years that we were neighbors. I actually still have some of the raspberry bushes that she saved for me when she was digging hers up before selling your Claremont home. She was a wonderful person and I was lucky to have know her when I was a kid and then as a young adult.

Please accept my deepest sympathy. Mildred was the sweetest lady. I've known her since I was a child as a Brownie...... later I got to enjoy her as a co-worker at Grants. She was always so very kind and loving. While at Grant's, she actually made me a woven bag, which I treasured forever. For many years we exchanged letters and Christmas cards and for some reason that exchange fell away, which I regret so much. I will always have the wonderful memories, as will you; but I know you will miss her physical presence. With love, Grace
