To my family members that took on the role of a caregiver for Pat, thank you and please get some much needed rest. To all family and friends of Pat, I hope great memories will comfort you. I drove home to Florida with a big smile after a very lovely visit at Aunt Pat's beautiful camp. My son and I made an Argo out of Legos and placed it upside down in our fountain to celebrate our fun event. After getting a head count and knowing everyone was fine, rolling an overloaded Argo in the water became a great memory. It certainly didn't stop us from enjoying our time together in the great outdoors. It was perfect. Pat's vision problem didn't keep her from spotting a Black bear, and we enjoyed watching it together. Not long after building the Lego Argo, we were able to find a Black bear figurine to put beside the fountain. We look at these symbols of our time together and smile. We are thinking of you. Love, Adina and William

The last time I saw Pat was in Wentworth NH. I met Pat with Marion King for breakfast in Warren NH and she proudly took us to see her amazing mountain top home . It is truly beautiful and she was so happy sharing the incredible view. I have many memories of Pat, one that stands out is when we were children and my very large family driving from Cape Cod to spend thanksgiving in Hampton Beach NH So very sorry

Hi Jim and all of Pat's wonderful, remarkable family! she loved you all so much and delighted in telling me about all your escapades with camping, fishing and, of course, tractor driving. I will miss her terribly - she was so kind to me at UVCB for so many years. She was one of the first folks to welcome me to the band 20 years ago and to provide me with lifesavers during hot summer mini-concerts! I still have the bells that she lent me and use them often because of their lovely sound. She was one of a kind and i hope she is at peace and that you will all find peace in good memories of fun times with a wonderful lady. God bless all of you.

To Pat's family,
Please accept our thoughts and prayers on Pat's passing. She and Clint were both very nice people. Knew them both from my years in Funeral Service and always
enjoyed talking with them. May God Bless you all.

Pat and Junior were the best friends ever. Junior in his quiet way offered me support and friendship. Pat offered my fun and laughter. I would hear the bulldozer coming along Main Street in the snow and knew it was her. She persevered with poor eye sight for many years. I drove her many times to the Eye Doctor in Boston. It was always a fun trip going and coming. We talked up a storm about important and not-so important things. She was a woman of grit and integrity. She knew herself and what she believed. The best I could do was get her to play Trumpet on Easter. That was always fun. One day she took me for a ride in her Model A Sedan. We bumped along the back roads of Newport with out a care in the world. She had more stamina than I. When I got out, I thought I had ridden in a buckboard. I am sure She is driving a bulldozer or John Deere Tractor in the great sky. Watch out, here she comes plowing snow or mowing lawns. Love and blessings to you Pat. Tom (Rev. Thomas L. Shanklin)
