Dickie was a very quiet man but when he spoke it was with much wisdom or to tell a funny joke. You will be greatly missed. I'm sure your tinkering on an old engine and watching over your family that you loved and took such great care of. Be at peace my friend. RIP Dickie

Always loved going to Aunt Edie's and uncle Dicks as a kid... he was always working on something..Radio controlled planes..Old motors..I used to love to sit in his old blue Jeep pickup.. He was a quiet gentle man who never got too nervous over much... Infact I don't think I ever heard him raise his voice or talk about about anyone except those who missed the corner and tear up his lawn and house ! It broke my heart knowing that such a kind hearted loving man was suffering so.. I wish I could attend his funeral and see my family. I send my condolences to my Aunt Edie.. Lester and Betty and Brian and I love you all and miss you .. my heart goes out to all of you.. I know my grandparents ..Uncle Bobby and uncle Dick " legs" will take good care of him. Uncle Dickie was a good hearted kind man who I admired and loved.. And he didn't deserve to suffer and this saddens me ! You will be greatly missed .. I love you all..Craig
