Salvatore C. Straniti

Salvatore C. Straniti, beloved son of the late John Straniti and Josephine Padula Straniti, passed away on January 20, 2016 in Windsor, Vermont.

Sal was born in Norwalk, Connecticut on August 1, 1950, where he lived most of his life until he settled in Windsor, Vermont. He was a wonderful father and grandfather and will be deeply missed by his two sons, D’Artagnan Straniti of St. Paul, MN and Artemas “Artie” D. Straniti, his daughter-in-law Kelly L. Straniti, his grandson, Emerson T. Straniti, all of Norwalk, CT. He will also be missed by his brother, John Straniti, Jr, and his wife of Newtown, CT and their 4 children John, III, Brian, Albert and Mary Straniti, as well as his friends, Debra Spaulding and Yetzika Kinsman of Vermont.

Friends may call at Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Avenue in Norwalk, CT on February 1st from 5-7 PM. Burial and graveside service will follow at St. John’s Cemetery on Richards Avenue in Norwalk on February 2nd at 11 AM.
