Susan E. (Harold) O'Connor

Newport, NH: Susan E. (Harold) O'Connor passed away on September 2, 2016.  She was born in Newport, NH on November 1, 1952 and has lived in the area most of her life. 

She went to cosmetology school and worked as a beautician.  She also worked for the Newport School District and at North Star Campground during the summers.  She was a member of the Women of the Moose and Women of the Foresters. 

Susan was predeceased by her mother, Ruth (Adkins) Harold, and her sister, Sandra Grantham.

Survivors include her husband of over 40 years, Robert O'Connor of Newport, NH, father, William Harold, Sr. of Newport, children, Colleen O'Connor and her boyfriend, Donald Dunn of Newport, Catrina Young and her husband Sam of Antrim, NH, and Robert O'Connor III of Newport, sister, Mary Branch of Newport, and grandchildren and other members of her extended family. 

At Susan's request, there will be no services.

Newton-Bartlett Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
