Newport, NH: Terry J. Bressette, 64, husband of Catherine Bressette, died peacefully on Saturday, August 22, 2015 at his home in Newport.
He was born on February 16, 1951 in New London, NH to Thelma May (Fortune) and Ralph John Bressette.
He worked as a logger and owned his own company, Bressette Logging. Terry was an avid fisherman and holds the state record for the largest Sunapee lake trout.
He was predeceased by his sister Sheree Griffin.
He is survived by his wife, Catherine Bressette; his son, Terry Shane Bressette; his daughters, Tracie Gosselin Benson, TJ Bressette, Deirdre Bressette, and Caitlyn Bressette; his brothers, Ricky, Ronald, and Michael Bressette; his sisters, Virginia Bressette, Tina Graves and Michelle Bressette; and six grandchildren.
Calling hours will be held on Saturday, August 29 from 1–3 pm with a memorial service at 2 pm at Newton-Bartlett Funeral Home, 42 Main Street, Newport, NH with the Rev. Donna Leslie officiating. A reception will be held immediately after at Pollard's.
