A. CHARGES FOR SERVICES SELECTED

• Basic Services of Funeral Director, Staff and Overhead  $2100.00

This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. Our fee for the basic services of the funeral director and staff includes, but is not limited to, staff to respond to initial request for service; arrangement conference with family or responsible party; arrangement of funeral; preparation and filing of necessary authorizations and permits; recording vital statistics; preparation and placement of obituary notices; staff assistance prior to, during and following the funeral, including coordination with those providing other portions of the funeral, e.g. cemetery, crematory and others. Also included in these charges are overhead expenses relative to our facility such as insurance, maintenance and utility expenses, secretarial and administrative costs, and equipment and inventory costs. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations and immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains.)

1. Preparation of Remains:

• Embalming  $650.00

Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law.  Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require embalming, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

 

• Embalming of Autopsied Remains or After Organ Donation  $750.00 

• Cosmetizing, Dressing, Casketing of Remains  $150.00

• Washing &Other Preparation of Remains  $150.00

• Restoration of Features (per hour)  $150.00

• Sheltering of Remains After 48 Hours (Per Day)  $150.00

2. Use of Facilities and Staff:

• Use of Facilities and/or Viewing (Wake-Visitation) $550.00

Our services include set-up of visitation area, placement of encased remains, display of floral arrangements, supervision of and attendance during visitation. ($200.00 per hour after 2 hours)

• Use of Facilities & Staff for Funeral Ceremony $550.00   
Our services include coordinating the funeral ceremony, supervision of funeral, and staff to attend services at the funeral home , church, or other facility.

• Use of Staff & Equipment for Graveside Service $550.00

Our services include accompaniment of remains from funeral home or church to a local cemetery, supervision of graveside service, and attending staff. This may be directly following a Funeral Ceremony or may be a Graveside Service only.

• Use of Facilities & Staff for Memorial Service $550.00

Our services include supervision at the Memorial Service at the funeral home, church, or other facility and display of floral arrangements.

3. Automotive Equipment:

• Transfer of Remains to Funeral Home $450.00

• Service/ Lead Car/ Bearer’s Car $200.00

• Hearse $400.00

• Limousine subcontracted-will call for quote $ .00

• Greens & Lowering Device $175.00

     Beyond 15 mile radius add $3.50/loaded mile.

B. CHARGES FOR MERCHANDISE SELECTED 

• Air Tray $200.00 

• Combination Shipping Container $300.00

• Acknowledgment Cards (per 25) $20.00

• Prayer Cards (per 100) $150.00

• Memorial Folders (per 100)(est.) $300.00

Caskets: Price range: ---- $1,100.00 to $15,000.00 A complete price list will be provided at the funeral home.

Outer burial containers: Price range: ---- $1,430.00 to $6,050.00 A complete price list will be provided at the funeral home.

C. SPECIAL CHARGES

• Forwarding of Remains to Another Funeral Home $1995.00
This charge includes removal of remains, minimum necessary services of funeral director and staff, embalming, and necessary authorizations.  

EXCLUDES: viewing, funeral ceremony, shipping/transportation charges, casket, merchandise, and air tray or shipping container costs. 

 • Receiving Remains from Another Funeral Home $1995.00 
This charge includes temporary shelter of remains, transportation of remains from funeral home to local cemetery, and minimum necessary services of funeral director and staff.   EXCLUDES charges for embalming, viewing, funeral ceremony, cemetery charges, casket, vault, merchandise, cash advances, and transportation charges outside of 15 mile radius. 

• Immediate burial $3100.00 to $4200.00 

Our charge for an immediate burial (without ceremony) includes: basic services of funeral director and staff; a proportionate share of overhead costs; removal of remains; and local transportation to cemetery not including Vault or Cash Adv. 

1. Immediate burial with casket provided by purchaser $3100.00
2. Immediate burial with cloth covered wood casket $4200.00
3. Immediate burial with casket selected from our Funeral Home (in addition to cost of casket) $3100.00
   
   

• Direct Cremation $1945.00 to $5300.00
Our charge for a direct cremation (without ceremony) includes: basic services of funeral director and staff; a proportionate share of overhead costs; removal of remains; transportation to crematory; necessary authorizations; crematory fee and medical examiner fee. If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). The containers we provide are a fiberboard container with cardboard cover.

• Private viewing $350.00
A private time for the immediate family for up to 30 minutes to view their loved one. Embalming is not performed, although some preparation of the body may be done for the viewing.
