Marilyn J. (Duff) Harrington

Claremont, NH: Marilyn J. Harrington, 73, passed away peacefully on October 26, 2017 at Elmwood Center in Claremont after a period of declining health.  She was born on August 22, 1944 in Lebanon, NH to the late Earl and Kathryne (Berry) Duff. 

Marilyn graduated from Lebanon High School and lived in the Enfield area for many years.  She worked at George's Market in Enfield.  She loved her family and friends who remember her as spunky and full of life.  She liked to wear perfume and many rings and her cat was very important to her.   She had a wonderful sense of humor and will be greatly missed. 

Marilyn was predeceased by her husband, Charles Harrington and a longtime partner, Lonnie Wescott.

Surviving family members include her sons, Butch Harrington of Pennsylvania, and John Harrington of Charlestown, NH, brothers Rodney Duff and his wife, Pam and Earl Duff and brother-in-law, Ronnie Harrington, grandchildren, Gabriel Bolton, Jasmine Poirier, and Amber Harrington, and great-grandchildren, Connor, Cadence, Colin, Hadleigh, and Brooklynn. 

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.  Marilyn will be buried with her parents in West Lebanon Cemetery.
