Roland "Junior" Partlow, III Obituary

NEWPORT — Junior, 44, passed away Wednesday Sept.12 at his home. He was born March 18, 1974 to Roland Partlow Jr. and Cheryl (Hudson) Partlow. Junior lived in Newport his whole life where he was a very hard working man laboring in janitorial maintenance and roofing jobs. Junior enjoyed doing the simple things in life and he loved his Harley. The only thing he loved more was his family and friends. He always put others before himself, he would give you the shirt off his back and he wore his heart on his sleeve. Junior was an amazing father and a loving and devoted husband. He enjoyed going camping and the Saco River trip. When he wasn’t working he loved to spend his time relaxing with family watching NASCAR or WWE.

Junior was predeceased by his mother Cheryl and his uncle Ronald Hudson along with many others. He is survived by his wife Amanda and his children Kayla, Zachary and Mersaydes, his stepchildren Derek and Mackenzie, as well as his father Roland Partlow Jr., his sister Rolanda and his two brothers David and Shawn, along with many others. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Junior’s name to Newton-Bartlett Funeral home to help with expenses.

Services will be held Thursday, Sept. 20 at 6 p.m. at the Newton-Bartlett Funeral Home in Newport. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, Sept. 22 details will be posted on Facebook.
