William R. Heino, Sr.

William Richard Heino, Sr., 68, of Unity, died on November 2, 2019 at home after brief failing health.  He was born November 9, 1950, the son of Tyyne and Kalervo Heino, Sr.

William worked at Coca Cola and Sportwelt Shoe when he was younger.  Bill also worked at Dorr Woolen, Gloenco Machine, and later established the  business Heino & Son Logging.

Members of the surviving family include his wife of 49 years, Rosemary (Jennings) Heino; sons, William R. Heino, Jr. and his wife Erika, and Richard Heino and his companion, Joyce Wood; grandchildren, Honi Kainu and her husband, John Kainu, Adam Daniels, Nickolas Heino, and Emily Heino; great-grandchildren, Johanna Kainu and  Anderson Watson; brothers, Kalervo Heino, Jr. and his wife, Patricia and Arthur Heino, Sr. and his companion, Shannon; sisters, Martha Jennings, Bertha Austin, Tyyne Cox and her husband, Wilbur, and Barbara Tatro; sister in-law, Audrey Shepard; brothers-in-law, Joseph Jennings and George Jennings; and many nieces and nephews.

Bill was predeceased by his parents; his sisters-in-law, Barbara Heino and Tammy Heino; and brothers-in-law, Robert Shepard and Edwin L. Jennings, Jr.
