Ben was born in Philadelphia, PA on August 20, 1941 to Benjamin and Genevieve (Kaminski) Zolkiewicz.
He was predeceased by his daughter Catherine Zolkiewicz and his son Joseph Zolkiewicz.
A private burial will be held at a later date.
