Brian Hammell Obituary
Newport, NH: Brian R. Hammell, 62, passed away suddenly at his home.
He was born to Leon Hammell, Jr. and Phyllis (Corneau) Hammell in Concord, NH on December 23, 1961.
Brian was a hard worker before his retirement. He worked as a roofer for Melanson Roofing and for a tree cutting company in Goffstown.
He had many hobbies, and was very artistic. He played guitar and loved music. He was a tattoo artist, doing some of his artwork on close friends and teaching others the art. He loved working with his hands and was a great handyman.
He was predeceased by his parents, his brothers Michael and Terry Hammell, and his daughter.
His surviving family includes his sisters Mitzi, Mary and Monica; his brothers Steve and Leon; his four granddaughters Maddie, Shianne, Shaylee, and Sammi; his children Malaurie, Meghan and Adam; many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews and friends.
Calling hours will be held from 2:00 - 4:00 pm on Thursday, July 25, 2024 at Newton-Bartlett Funeral Home, 42 Main Street, Newport, NH. Family and friends are welcome to come and share stories of Brian.
