Newport, NH-Christopher P. Woods, 52, of Summer Street, died Friday, July 27, 2018 at Valley Regional Hospital in Claremont, NH.
He was born in Newport, NH on January 2, 1966 the son of Robert and Mary ( Batiss) Woods.
He graduated from Newport High School in 1984 and worked at Monadnock Lumber Co., Inc. in Charlestown, NH.
He spent many years caring for his parents before they died. After his mother died, he became the caregiver for his nephew, Robbie.
Chris enjoyed going to concerts and spending time with his family and friends. He was an avid Patriots and Red Sox Fan and would never miss a game on TV.
He is survived by three children, Christopher Woods, Jr. of Springfield, VT, Ashley and her husband, Walter Radicioni of Sharon, VT and Megan Woods of Claremont, NH; five grandchildren, Kyle, Isabella, Walter, Parker and Sebastian; two brothers, Robert Woods of Newport, NH and Dale Woods of Claremont, NH; along with several nieces and nephews.
Everyone is invited to a celebration of his life on Saturday, August 18, 2018 from 2:00-5:00 P.M. at Meadow Park, 76 Meadow Rd. Newport, NH.
