Elaine Elsie Smith, the best mom ever, was born in Oxford Massachusetts. Elaine was born to Ruth and Marvin Sargent, into a family with many brothers and sisters: Cynthia Jean, Roger, Dixie and predeceased siblings Nerma, Norma, Daryl, Ronnie and Merrill. She remained in the area most of her life.
28 years ago she met Noel Eastman of Georges Mills, NH and fell in love with him and his grown children Raymond, Noel T, and Bernie, and all of their children and significant partners. There she happily spent the remainder of her life, vacationing many winters in West Palm Beach, Florida.
She enjoyed spending as much time as she could with her family and friends and always welcomed them into her home for visits. Her door was always open. She was crazy about her two little dogs, she loved to crochet and to take pictures of the people she loved. She was a wonderful cook and was so happy shopping for gifts for all the people she loved.
She was the kindest, most generous, and loving woman; known as Mom, Gramma, and Aunti to too many to list. Anyone who knew her fell in love with her.
She leaves behind her heartbroken children: Tim Marszalkowski and his wife Pam Patricks, Tom & Donna Marszalkowski, Lisa & Chris Twomey, Crystal & Mark Ceppetelli, Cheryl Kujawski and her partner Jon Taylor, Fran Kujawski and his wife Jen Sylvia and her best friend “daughter” Kelly Shackett. She was predeceased by her son Rocky Marszalkowski and her Great-grandson Julian Albanese. Too Numerous to list are the number of Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren, brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews, foster children and all of her extended family and loved ones whose lives were made better in knowing her love.
