Heather M. Cartier

Heather Marie Cartier, 37, passed away on February 26, 2026.

Born on January 20, 1989, Heather brought light, warmth, and love into the lives of those who knew her. In her 37 years, she touched countless hearts and created memories that will be cherished forever.

Heather shared her life and love with her devoted partner, Todd Bulliner. Together they stood by one another through life’s joys and hardships, strengthening a bond that could not be broken. Above all, Heather was a loving and devoted mother to her cherished daughter, Lyla Ann Bulliner. Lyla was the center of Heather’s world, and her love for her daughter was boundless and unwavering.

Heather worked for many years in healthcare as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), caring deeply for the elderly. Her dedication, patience, and kindness made a lasting impact on the lives of those she cared for and their families.

Heather is survived by her partner, Todd Bulliner; her beloved daughter, Lyla Ann Bulliner; her father, Gregg Cartier, and his wife, Julia Cartier; her mother, Angie Fowler and her husband, Kevin Fowler; her siblings, Shawn Cartier and Patrick Maley; and her nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind extended family members and dear friends who will miss her deeply and carry her memory forward.

Heather will be remembered for her compassionate heart, her strength, and the love she gave so freely. Though her time here feels far too short, the impact she made will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

There will be no formal services. A celebration of Heather’s life will be held at a later date.
