Judy Tusoni-Wood

Newport, NH - Judy Tusoni-Wood, 70, passed away at home in Newport, NH on August 6, 2020 after a  brief battle with lung cancer.

She was born on May 31, 1950 in Milford, MA to the late Joseph and Eileen (Legassey) Bacchiocchi.  She enjoyed working the concession stand for Legion Baseball in Milford, MA. Judy has resided in Newport for the last five years.

Judy  enjoyed word searches, watching General Hospital, and yearly trips to Boston for the Fourth of July.  She was a people person with a big heart.  Most importantly, she loved her grandchildren and constantly doted on them.

She is predeceased by her parents and her sister, Linda Morcone.  Surviving family includes her children, Justin Tanner and wife Brandy of Claremont, Koren Tusoni and her boyfriend Carl Drew of Newport, and Kyle Dirmitt and his significant other Karolyn Clark of Claremont; her  grandchildren, Kelsey Melgar, Aedan Tanner, Karter Tanner, Mariah Dirmitt, and Jax Shackett; brother-in-law, Chris Morcone of Milford, MA; and many extended family members.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
