Karen Morrill Obituary

Karen Louise (Bartley) Morrill, lived in Newport with her loving husband, Wayne and her sons Geoffrey Morrie and Lance Morrie.  She leaves behind her father Bruce, mother Sonya, Irish-twin sister Janice, brother Shawn, and nephew Eddie.   Her married family includes stepson Kyle, stepdaughter Brittney, and five step-grandchildren, as well as her three fur-babies.

Karen loved to work hard, play hard, and was “all about family”.  She enjoyed black roses, witch and vampire movies, Friday night movies with her family, camping and weekend getaways, riding her motorcycle and four-wheeler, kayaking, mudding with her jeep “Jack-Jack”, cooking, collecting oil lamps, decorating Christmas trees, and crocheting.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday January 30, 2024 from 4-6 PM at Newton-Bartlett Funeral Home, 42 Main Street, Newport, NH.  A graveside service will be held the following day, Wednesday, at 11 AM at Pine Grove Cemetery in Newport.  A reception will follow at the family home on Whitcher Road.
