Kelly B. McGuire

Charlestown, NH: Kelly McGuire, 69, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family. Born to Bruce and Winzola McGuire, Kelly is survived by his children, Melissa and her husband Josh, Tony and his partner Melissa, Stacey and her partner Dan, and Sarah and her partner Justin. He was a proud grandfather to five grandchildren: Brian, Andrea (chickie), Jacob, Zach, and Justin, as well as two step-grandchildren: Bella and Jace.

Kelly spent his career as a dedicated concrete and construction worker, known for his strong work ethic and skill in his trade. Outside of work, Kelly's passion was fishing. He loved spending all his free time on the river, finding peace in casting his line and connecting with nature.

Kelly shared many meaningful years with Donna, the mother of his children, and together they built a family full of love, resilience, and cherished memories. He is predeceased by his beloved brothers Patrick, Glen, and Douglas. Kelly is survived by his siblings Darleen, Tammy, Larry, Donald and his wife Brenda, Sandy and her husband Mike Hanscom, Koreen and her husband David Bridgeo.

His family will remember him for his kindness, loyalty, and unwavering support. Kelly’s legacy lives on through his children, grandchildren, and the countless lives he touched through his work, friendships, and his moments of tranquility by the river.

A funeral service will be held for family and friends on Saturday, October 19th, 2024 from 12-1 p.m. at Newton-Bartlett Funeral Home, 42 Main Street, Newport, followed by a graveside service at Pine Grove Cemetery, and a celebration of life at the Foresters on 38 Maple Street in Newport, NH.

 In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Kelly’s name to a charity of your choice.
