Kenneth Rickard Obituary

Kenneth Raymond Rickard, 81, passed away at Sullivan County Nursing Home in Unity, NH on March 15, 2020 after a period of declining health.

Kenneth was born on November 12, 1938 in Newport, NH to the late Raymond and Lillian (Messer) Rickard. Kenneth was a lifelong resident of Guild, graduating from Towle High school in 1957. He worked as a machinist for 36 years, retiring from Gloenco in 1997. He enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing, and playing pitch.

Kenneth is predeceased by his parents and sister Dorothy Doxter. Surviving family includes his wife Nancy (Perkins) Rickard of Newport, his daughter Cathleen and her husband John Pearsall of Milford, NH and his son Kevin Rickard and his wife Elaine of Sunapee; His grandchildren Juliet and Bethany Pearsall, Benjamin and Suzanne Rickard.

A memorial gathering will be held this summer at a date to be determined.
