Leo Cusanelli Obituary
Newport, NH - Leo A. Cusanelli, 72, passed away on December 12, 2021 at Mt. Ascutney Hospital after a brief illness.
Born on November 18, 1949 to the late Rocco and Loretta (Turcotte) Cusanelli, Leo lived in the Newport area his entire life. After graduating from St. Mary's High School, he worked at Howe Motors in Claremont for more than 30 years. He enjoyed going on a car ride after work and was constantly tinkering in the garage on some part that needed to be fixed.
When he wasn’t in the garage, Leo loved to bowl and just have a good time. He was often the life of the party and knew just about everyone in the area.
He is predeceased by his parents; his wife, Rachel (Wilcox) Cusanelli; and sisters, Marie, Katherine, and Rochelle.
Surviving family include his daughter, Gina Robins and husband, James; brothers, Rocky and Albert; sisters, Beatrice, Sherry, Rita, and Juliette; grandchildren, Kaela and Paige; best friend, Sid Gobin; and many extended family members.
A service will be held at a later date.
