Marjorie L (Jones) Tellor

Unity, NH: Marjorie L Tellor, 86, passed away peacefully on July 11, 2020 at Sullivan County Nursing Home.  She was born on July 21, 1933 in Bradford, NH to the late Cyrus and Alma (Fisher) Jones. 

Marjorie lived in the Newport area most of her life.  She worked as a stitcher at Newport Shoe Shop.  She was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Newport.  Marjorie enjoyed fishing, camping, knitting, flea marketing, and her annual trips to the White Mountains. She liked playing bingo, berry picking, puzzles, adult coloring books, and reading.  She taught herself to crochet and loved growing and picking flowers, especially roses. 

Marjorie was predeceased by her parents, husband of 57 years in 2004, Herbert Tellor, Sr., siblings, Frank, Charlie, and Fred Jones, Lynnie Doulielte, Marie Cummings, and Ruth Quimby.

Surviving family include her children, Beverley Bryan, Robert Tellor, and Herbert Tellor, Jr., 5 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other extended family members. 

A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
