Michael "Big Mike" G. Padova

Newport, NH: Michael G. "Big Mike" Padova, passed away on February 16, 2024.

Big Mike was born in England on April 4, 1960 to his parents Annie Evans-Padova and Girolamo Jerry Padova.

He is survived by his son, his pride and joy, Michael K. Padova, also by his former daughter-in-law Anastasia Kendall and their son Michael K. Padova, Jr., his godson Steven Labrie, his brother Maurice P. Padova in Massachusetts, and half brother Lee in England.

Big Mike spent most of his life in Newport, NH, where he lived fast and enjoyed a very fun-filled life of motorcycles, good friends, fast cars, and beautiful women. He was so well known for his unstoppable drive for building and sustaining his business, Big Mike's Cleaning & Maintenance, where he helped anyone who needed to get back on their feet with a job while teaching them everything he knew about the industry.

Anyone who was a friend of Big Mike was considered family by him. He was known for his huge heart and willingness to always help anyone in need. He was a hot rod who lived a fast life, enjoying every minute of it.

Calling hours for Big Mike will be held on Saturday March 2, 2024 from 2 - 4 PM at Newton-Bartlett Funeral Home, 42 Main Street, Newport, NH.

A celebration of life will be held this spring, where all who knew Big Mike are welcome.
