Michelle Lynn (Frye) Martin of Newport passed away unexpectedly December 9, at 4:02am
Michelle was born Sept 11, 1971 to Peter and Patricia (Houle) Frye both of Newport, NH. Shelly attended the Newport schools and received a scholarship for College. She worked in several of the locations in the Newport area before being diagnosed with MMD.
Shelly and her long time fiancé, Arnold Desrosiers, lived a quiet life, spending time with family and friends. She enjoyed fishing, camping, reading, puzzles, and doing crafts, as well as playing games. She looked forward to family trips. It didn’t matter if it was to Salem, Massachusetts, York, Maine, visiting friends and family, lunch dates or shopping. She enjoyed life.
Michelle is predeceased by her mother Patricia Frye, Aunt Debra Thibedau, Uncles Larry and Billy Gobin, and both maternal and paternal Grandparents.
She leaves behind her fiancé Arnold, son Seth Hagland, father Peter Frye, brother Jeff Frye and his wife Jessica, nieces Olivia, Maykayla, and Rileigh Frye, nephew Hunter Frye, Aunts Betty Gagnon and Mary Freeman, cousins Heather Parker, Amy Thibedau and Brian Thibedau, Ruel Carmichael, Kecia Kofoed, Chazz Freeman and many others.

A Graveside service, burial and celebration of Michelle’s life is being planned for spring 2023 TBA.
