Newport, NH: Nancy Jachim passed away on January 10, 2022.
It's not often that life brings us someone as special as Nancy Jachim.
I feel more than fortunate to have had her as my bestie and loving spouse. It was painful to say goodbye after her long struggle with gallbladder cancer.
Nancy was a treasured teacher, fervent feminist, avid tennis player, a horticulturist and a warm friend who oozed kindness. Her warm infectious smile and gentle jovial manner easily won hearts and changed minds. Nancy had a song for every situation and wasn't shy about singing it, no matter how obscure it may have been. Her singing made life with her like a living musical.
The world will be a darker place without the light of her smile and sweetness of her gentle heart.

Her spouse, Linda Billingsley
Her older sister and her spouse, Geri Jachim and Maddy Ladd
Her younger sister, Arlene Jachim
Her nephews Ben Gallagher and Matt Jachim-Gallagher
