Ralph Clayton, Jr. tragically passed away Sunday, March 2nd, at his home in Newport NH. He was 51 years old.
Born on February 11th, 1974, to Ralph Clayton, Sr. and Carol Clayton, Ralph Jr. would later become the son of Nancy Clayton. Ralph Jr. grew up, and lived, in Newport, NH most of his life. He was known as “Little Ralphy” by many of his close friends but carried himself much larger than that nickname. He loved, and excelled, at many passions including drawing, crafting, riding dirt bikes, snowmobiling, working on motorcycles, wood burning, video games, and playing the guitar. That’s just naming a few of his talents. He loved motorcycles, comic books, music, and the outdoors. What he loved most though, was being a father.
Ralph was known for being loving, funny, charismatic, strong, artistic, creative, brave, forgiving, and a bit wild. All things he would pass down to his sons. He faced so much adversity and heartache in his lifetime but always kept it moving forward for the ones he loved. To be Ralph’s family, and friend, was having someone who would go to war for you. He was an amazing man with a beautifully big heart. He made friends easily and made a positive impact on so many people. There are countless amazing memories of him that will live on through his loved ones forever. The impact of his loss is tremendous and will be felt in our hearts until our time comes.
Ralph Clayton Jr. is predeceased by his son, Riley Clayton; his father Ralph E. Clayton Sr.; his mother Carol Clayton; his sister Linda Manseau; his uncle George Clayton; and his cousin Nathan Clayton.
Ralph is survived by his sons Dallas Clayton and Phoenix Clayton; his mother Nancy Clayton; his sister Lisa Clayton; his brother Aaron Bunker; his cousin Jax Clayton; his nephews Cale and Cory Manseau; his niece Stephanie Olivares; his brother-in-law Tony Lewis; and many more extended family and friends who mourn his loss.
Calling hours will be held Saturday, March 15th, 2-4pm at the Newton Bartlett Funeral Home located on 42 Main St., Newport NH. All are welcome and encouraged to come pay their respects.
