Shaina L. Maxham

Newport, NH: Shaina L. Maxham, 37, passed away on April 6, 2024 at Cheshire Medical Center in Keene, NH after a brief illness.  She was born on May 13, 1986 in Claremont, NH to Tammy (Bunker) Rizza and Alan Stoddard.  

Shaina lived in Newport, NH through 8th grade before moving to Vermont and graduating from Randolph High School.  She moved back to Newport after high school and spent many years working at New London Hospital and Newport District Court.  

Shaina was a loving mother whose life revolved around her daughter, attending her sporting events and going to school activities.  She loved spending time with her family and enjoyed trips to the beach.  

Shaina was predeceased by grandparents, Donna Partlow and Ronald Stoddard.  Surviving family members include her daughter, Amelia Maxham of Newport;  mother, Tammy Rizza and her husband, Steve, of Wasola, MO; father, Alan Stoddard and his fiance, Theresa Bonasera of Brookfield, VT; stepmother, Angela Tash and her husband, Francis of Northfield, VT; fiance, Miles Odett of Newport; stepchildren, Nattaly Adams of Thetford, VT, Ana and Elliott Odett; grandparents, Karlene Stoddard of Newport, and David and Janet Bunker of Charlestown, NH; siblings, Lyndsy Malark and her husband, Patrick, of Mooers Forks, NY, Josh Vilbrin and his fiance, Kylie, of Northfield, VT, Kevin Stoddard and his wife, Alyssa, of Randolph, VT, Dakota Rizza and his girlfriend, Carroll, of Wasola, MO, and John Rizza and his girlfriend, Andrea, of Wasola, MO; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, and many other extended family members and friends.

A family memorial service and celebration of life will be held at a later date.
