Jonathan Schroeder

Newbury, NH - Jonathan Schroeder, age 50, of Newbury, NH, died suddenly at his home Saturday morning, July 2, 2016.  He was born in New London, Connecticut, on February 8, 1966, and moved to Newbury, NH in 1967.  He attended the Newbury School and Kearsarge High School.  Jonathan went on to get his Journeyman's license as an electrician, working at various commercial buildings around the Concord and Lebanon area through electrician's Local #490 I.B.E.W.

He later went to work at Henniker Redi Mix Company working there for 16 years driving a cement truck and performing various tasks at the plant there in Henniker.  Jonathan is survived by his parents, William and Joan Schroeder, of Newbury; his two sons, Corbin (10), and Sidney (7); his sister, Deborah Lust, and her husband Jon, from Bow, NH, and their three children - Zachary, Alexandra, and Madison; his sister Jennifer Hill, from Newport, NH, and her daughter Hannah Hill; his brother; David Schroeder, and his wife, Melissa, from Newbury; and his paternal grandmother, Marian Schroeder.  He was predeceased by his sister, Karen Schroeder.

Newton-Bartlett Funeral Home in Newport, NH, is assisting the family with arrangements.  A gathering of family and friends will be held at the Friendship House, on the Village Road in S. Newbury, from 2:00-4:00 P.M., on July 16, 2016.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
