Unity, NH-Lillian L. LaPointe, 89, of Sullivan County Healthcare in Unity, NH died Sunday, August 23, 2015 at Valley Regional Hospital in Claremont, NH.
She was born in New Britain, CT on March 14, 1926 the daughter of Camille and Laura (Place) LaPointe. She lived in Clinton, CT and New Britain, Ct for many years before moving to NH over 10 years ago.
Lillian was a bookkeeper for Ace Advance Paper in New Britain retiring over 20 years ago.
While in CT she was a member and past president of the Clinton Leisure Club. She was active in the Catholic and Congregational Churches and did volunteer work. Lillian enjoyed sewing and embroidery.
She is survived by her son and his wife, Mark and Beverly LaPointe of Croydon, NH; three grandchildren, Catherine Espenscied, Christina Jones and Marc LaPointe; four great grandchildren, Zachery and Hunter Jones, Faith Pillsbury and Bryce LaPointe; a sister, Sue Webb of FL and a cousin, Ruth Michaud of Bristol, CT. She was predeceased by a great grandson, Dominic Pillsbury.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 28, 2015 at 3:00 P.M. in Rose Hill Cemetery, Rocky Hill, CT.
