Bev was an older cousin - her brother Bob Tuisku was a cousin who is about 6 months older than me. I was surprised to learn Bev had died. I have a copy of her grandmother's church record., Minnie Kujansuu from Finland which goes back into the 1600s. Church records were an important way to find information. I guess I just go on and on....well Bev, I shall not see letters from you at Christmas time...best wishes Hank, Darrin and Bob.

Dear Henry and family, I was very saddened to hear of the passing of Senator Rodeschin. She and I served together in the legislature for many enjoyable years. She was a valued ally and colleague on a number of issues, and I admired her as a great public servant. I will miss her. You have my condolences. Former Senator Tom Colantuono

Bev and the entire Rodeshin family was such a big part of our lives growing up. We have been intertwined for as long as we can remember. We remember Bev fondly and hope she has found her peace. May God bless and keep you within his arms. Please say hi to our Mom for us. We see you sitting at at table at The Priscilla Sweet Shoppe, with Momma having coffee and solving the town's and worlds problems. Thank you for being a part of our lives. Gina and Cindy

I am sorry to see the loss of yet another wonderful stateman. It was my pleasure to know Bev when I served as both a legislator and lobbyist. She was a hard worker and dedicated to serving the needs of N.H. citizens.

Seeing this beautiful picture of Bev, is so sad. She was one of Mom's best friends, and a role model turned colleague of mine in The New Hampshire House. She even drove Mom to my swearing in. Newport could never have had a better representative than Beverly Rodeschin. When it came to what would be beneficial to Newport, party affiliation meant little. Cindy and I are thinking of you with heavy hearts and much gratitude for all the "Sweet Shop and Pizza Village Talk" and 4:00 Masses Bev shared with Mom. May they be reunited for some heavenly political rally over divine coffee! Just so sad both left all of us way too soon. Thinking of you, also with heavy hearts....

Beverly did so much for the town of Newport as well as those towns she represented as State Representative. Her illness and death were a loss to the State. Our thoughts are with Henry: his loss being the biggest burden to bear.

My condolences to Beverly's family and many friends. She was one of the truly great women who called Newport home. Her service to the town and to Sullivan County was an inspiration to me and I am sure to many others. She always had a welcoming smile and a hug. Whether outside town hall or the grocery store Beverly always took the time to say hello. It was amazing to watch her at work in Concord and one could easily see how respected she was by her fellow legislatures. We were very fortunate to have her as one of Newport's heroines. May her spirit rest now.
