I extend my sympathy to the Wagner family. After a year of calling Bob's phone; I discovered his passing. Bob was a true friend and we shared many experiences together in 30 years of frindship. I will miss Bob. Cheers to you Bob and Semperfi ....do or die.

I worked with Bob at NCIS in OSP for a number of years. Always a hardworking, intelligent dedicated employee who took direction and guidance with ease. You could always depend on Bob during intense investigative periods that required much travel to multiple locations at a moments notice. I will miss you my friend. RIP Jack.

I worked with Mr. Wagner and he was a very kind and wonderful, person and co-worked. He was always there to lend a hand and had an ear to listen. He will be greatly missed. He has no more pain and "GOD" has granted him his wings. To Mr. Wagner's family, you are all in my prayers. Rest in Peace Mr. Wagner.
